Revolutionizing Eye Care: NOA Vision Centers Bring Hope to Millions of Nigerians

The Nigerian Optometric Association (NOA) has launched its first Vision Center in Lagos, marking a significant milestone in its mission to revolutionize eye care in Nigeria. In collaboration with Onesight EssilorLuxottica Foundation, NOA aims to make eye care more accessible and affordable for millions of Nigerians.

With equipment for 30 Vision Centers already arrived, NOA is poised to expand its reach and create more employment opportunities. The partnership with Onesight EssilorLuxottica Foundation involves renovating existing facilities, providing standard equipment, and offering startup grants.

Optometrists managing Vision Centers will benefit from a 6-month free supply of frames and lenses, serving as a revolving fund to help them run their businesses.

  3. Vision Mex, Eye Care Center, Suleja
  4. Avcrohealth Eye Center, Makurdi
  5. NOA Optometry House, Vision Center, Abuja
  6. General Hospital, Makurdi
  7. Triple Kris Optometry, Makurdi
  8. NDLEA Medical Center, Abuja
  9. Sight Savers Eye Clinic, Lagos

Work-in-Progress:

  1. Elzary Eye Center, Abakaliki
  2. Hephzibah Eye Clinic, Nibo, Anambra State
  3. Various locations in Lagos, Edo, Abia, Imo, and Enugunand several other Vision Centers.

This initiative promises to positively impact millions ofo Nigerians, expanding access to quality eye care delivery and creating a brighter future for those in need.
